Because:
The RD is a control freak
The RD is indecisive and always wants to see them all
The RD does not trust the DBM and wants to see them all
The RD still thinks and acts like a DBM

 

Dude I always wondered why someone would identify like this. There aren’t THAT many people interviewing so you’re phtting a spotlight on yourself. If you really have to ask about how a STAR interview will go and the types of questions that will be asked, can you reasonably expect to be successful?

Interview w. DBM
Second Interview w. two managers
Regional Manager (there may be multiples but if you have the job you’re still doing this step)

You should have asked these questions when calling people in the district. : )
