Paragraph IV Filing - Let's be clear regarding the facts

I don't really know whats going on but I would like to say that in my heart I truly think we are at the end of the road. With that being said I want to thank vivus for giving me this opportunity. It has been the hardest two years of my life, so I'm up for anything now!! I want to say that my manager is unbelievable great, if its over soon I will put the name out, anyone would love to work for this person, a true leader! I have many friends that I have meet and will call friends in the future. My biggest disappointment has been with our upper management, hate to call names but very unhappy with the way Chris has treated us all and his lackluster leadership. Even my manager doesn't like his ways. I truly feel we gave it all. I'm not a hatter so if you continue to work or look for a job that is your business. I will personally do both. Good luck to all, I just don't care to work with Chris again, LOL
