Saw a news story today that James Harrison from the Pittsburgh Steelers is making his sons give back participation trophies. One of the interviews I saw was a person who said people don't get "participation paychecks". Obviously not a JNJ employee. I think there are about 20% of people here - all Director, Sr Director and VP --who have been collecting these participation paychecks for years and are trying to do it until they hit 55.
