Can anyone give me an idea about the patient handling division? How is the division? Challenges? Realistic first year etc..Thanks in advance for any legitimate responses
Patient Handling isn't a division or business unit. It's a product line (bag), within a business unit, within a division. QOL depends almost entirely on your team and RM. This leadership team does have one of the most gender-diverse teams (sales through divsion leadership) of the corporation, if that's of any help. The Patient Handling products are premium and have a 70+ percent market share in a lot of territories.
100% Commission. No expense reimbursement. Totally depends on territory - potential, GPO contracts and mix, and travel required for account coverage.
