If anyone is on here interested in joining Covidien's Patient Monitoring Division (Nellcor, Oridion, INVOS and BIS), then here is my advice: DON'T WALK, BUT RUN AWAY FROM THAT OPPORTUNITY! The division is a nightmare. They gave us our quotas at the end of the year, after we had already sold everything, and shocker, just about everyone was under plan and made no money. How wrong is that? The leadership here is piss-poor. Their attitude is "if you don't like your job then quit", which most people have done. The turnover here is sky high. The second I find a new job I am out of here too. I know some idiot is going to write in about how I am the pollution of the company or some nonsense like that... Save it, this is the truth and you know it.
