    Translation = You failed the simple ass test, haven't gotten a call back, and spend your time on the internet bashing a company who weeded you out in the preliminary filter.

    Wrong moron, I passed the test and did the job for a little while. Saw it was full of losers and used car salesmen. Went and got a better job in Med Device.

    Really welcoming bunch as well, aren't they? When I first started I think 3 reps at the most even talked to me over the first months. I quit after 7 years and there was one rep that still called me by the wrong name. Arrogant and not that bright.

    losers all of them. That is why they lost the exclusive with ADEC

    Patterson is a dealer. Not unlike a ford Chevy or used car dealer. The two businesses employ similar people. Cheesy, uneducated, washed up I'll do anything for a dollar mentality. The company is a legacy operator that hasn't realized times have changed. Think Radio Shack, AOl or your local travel agent.

    I hear Patterson is penalizing reps who do not have a Cerec sale in the last couple of years by lowering commission rates. Are there any Patterson reps happy with this decision?

    So the year ended and cerec sales are significantly below last year's. We've lost dozens of talented Cerec people and very few existing cerec reps have made their goals or any commission. What's the feeling comp plan being changed or are we going to continue making our $66k a year? 2017 is coming soon, doubtful Sirona is going to continue with the same exclusive model. Look no further than Adec for your guidance on what's going to,happen to cerec.

    For Patterson:

    Anyone know of the average salary for the CEREC Specialist, and have people had success negotiating it higher?

    How much success have past reps had on the commission plan and what else would a CEREC Specialist be paid on, other than the equipment?

    Patterson corporate and many of the branch managers will be at fault if the Sirona exclusive is ended. A word to the wise is we better all get out there and sell the crap out of Sirona because we have no one else to blame if 3D,IO and TC's take a hit. Why wouldn't Sirona say "well you had an exclusive with us", but chose to go sell other things. Trust me I was told that Sirona is not happy with Patterson's lack luster sales of 3D, and TC's. We can control our fait, but if we continue to do the same old same old the results will be no different.
