Every company has their own pay level's and "grading" system.. Anyone want to share any insight toward various pay ranges for different pay grades? I can't seem to find anything, anywhere, about this.
Do you have a friend who is a group supervisor. Ask for a copy of the pay-band grid. All the info is there.....HR can also provide your band info if you ask clearly and assertively.
Good luck getting the bands from HR. They will give you the runaround until you either get too tired to ask anymore, or just forget
Pay band sheets are available to all supervisors. Ethical directors will share a copy. Typically, they are updated only every two years -- part of JNJ salary reduction plan with very small increases.
