How many reps are employed with this company and what is the average pay? Base salary/Car? Something serious would be nice but I expect the typcial rant from someone already on plan.
At plan for sales reps is $185K, car is paid through mileage. There is huge upside if you can sell - it depends on the territory. If you can't sell, you're going to be unhappy.

Pay isn't going to go down, Surgiquest still needs rapid growth and you don't get that if you don't pay for it. The S1 was submitted, they need results to support it.
