the base salary is lower than other pharma The number of products you sell are higher than other pharma companies The risk of being laid off is slightly higher than other pharma companies Some managers will Micromanage, some will not. If you’re trying to break into pharma, this is a good starting point. If you’re experienced, probably better to look elsewhere
