Is Indivior trying to go out of business? If they are, they’re doing a damn good job.

What this is about is now the drs that are out become a house account. Indv. Still accepts the revenue from these accounts but no longer have to include it in the sales force compensation has totally nothing to do with compliance.

Sheeet man, that was going on when I started back in 2006. First they took away buprenex sales credit from us, which was warranted bc it was mostly used by veterinarians and just a few post-op docs. Then it was Subutex, again ok bc it went generic. But the last few years I was there? FUGGG, they took away so many of my doctors, for stupid stuff too. Old transgression from the 90s? Even if minor stuff...Gone. Any association with a "Suboxone mill" even if said doc had left and moved to another state and reestablished themselves as a legit doc in the area? Gone. The fundamental problem was/is, the company still made $$$ on these accounts. And despite all the "do-good" and compliance bullshit, Indivior still took that revenue. Apparently it still does.
And it was and is all for the DOJ to say "look, we did the right thing." LMFAO

The amount of ignorant/short sighted posts on this site is alarming. Really hoping these are mostly trolls or we ARE screwed.

Who gets the revenue if a Dr RX's above his /her CAP amount?
