Your reps at PFE suck. Nobody will want the negative selling people you are so might as well accept that its only a matter of time. You can only discount and give away crappy vaccine so long before the ship sinks.

Looks like your boat is officially Mayday now. LOL

The new CEO is charged to increase share holder value. The stock has been stagnant because the previous CEO was on a buying binge and the financial community feels that we are big and clumsy. Our new guy has promised to slim Pfizer down by selling Nutritionals, Consumer health care and Animal Health. We are on the block so hold on for the bumpy ride.

No one can afford to buy us. Hopefully momma Lilly will. That would be awesome!

Think again! Private Equity firms are doing their homework on PAH. They can get their hands on the cash that is needed to buy PAH.

He said he is considering not that he is doing. Find me a CEO in history that hasnt started down that road. He also said spin of not sell off. Big difference

Think again. He has never been a big fan of PAH. If the right price comes along he will sell.

The Intervet business had a 10 billion buck valuation. If someone offers similar, PAH goes bye bye.

Could not agree more. Loyalty and all that other Pfizer crap goes out the door if the right price comes along.

I give up. How is spin off and sell off differnt? If a corp sells a division they are spinning it off. GE just spun off their plastics division . GE just sold their plastics division. No difference oh knowledgable one.

It's not. The comment reads like a step of the Alcoholic's Anonymous program. Denial. What's next?

There will be a decision within 6 months on this business - my guess is it is going bye bye, and the lucky bride will be Lilly or Abbott, who will take the business as a whole.

Hmmm. Good guesses but I have some inside info. Virbac and Pfizer have been business partners for years. Equell, co marketing Preventic collars, etc. Virbac should complete the purchase worldwide by end of the year.

The company will be sold in pieces as it is too large for anyone to buy in whole. You will all be looking for jobs with new company's. With PAH bad reputation, start looking for a job as no-one will want to keep you around
