    via Pfizer and Astellas are chasing a new nod for prostate cancer drug Xtandi, and thanks to a new move from the FDA, they might not have to wait that long. Wednesday, the agency bestowed priority review on their application for use in metastatic, hormone-sensitive prostate cancer.
