PgX billing codes? What are most common ones?

    Hi- I am trying to query Medicare billing data on CGx and PGx billing codes. I have quite a few of the most common ones used for Cgx but not PgX. Can anyone here tell me which billing codes I should include in my list?

    Palmetto Medicare put out clear guidance on billing and coding for PGX back in 2015. Noridian copied it in LCD #L35478
