    Wasn't it Phil Blake who pushed getting Essure? A 1.1 billion dollar acquisition of a product that sold less than 100 million per year. 6500 pending law suits and Bayer stock is tanking. Most people who screw up and cost the Co money get fired; at Bayer they get promoted!

    Human Resources people are paid by Bayer; therefore if you complain to them, be prepared for them to look for anything they can find on you to fire you. They will hack your emails and your expense reports until they find something.
    And you thought they were there to protect your rights. Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa
