Phil Lowery

Swider is at Biogen probably stabbing backs on his quest to the top of the corporate ladder. Lowery is hopefully barricaded in some remote cubicle in headquarters doing useless work and Thomas Lyon III continues to steal a paycheck in Vaccines creating useless work for his region to justify his job that could be given to contract region director for half his overly inflated salary.

True leadership also doesn't mean you have to demoralize your people with hokey stunts at large meetings (making adults lay on the floor to spell out an acronym to suck up to hire ups), constantly pressure your people to constantly speak up at meetings and irritate your people's customers on field visits. It's obvious you know nothing about the guy. There's a reason this thread is long.
