She was actually alright in her director days, however with a lot of these folks at Sanofi who were elevated for reasons other than accomplishment, they begin to believe the hype. Once they end up over their head, there is hell to pay trying to keep up and ensure success. She is NEVER wrong. Always someone to take down like a PM, agency person, MR person, etc. Buckle up, because she isn’t going down without stacking bodies around her first. Believe it or not, there were worse that could have come your way from good old Sanofi.

Wow, nasty stuff. Pia is a smart and fundamentally very good person if you get the opportunity to know her. Her challenge is insecurity and she masks the insecurity with with a know it all self assured air, unfortunately it also makes her come across as neurotic. It's a shame actually, she is really quite capable.
