    1) MS force cut to 40 reps. Each rep offered to cover multiple geographies for same salary

    2) MS force cut to 40 reps. Each rep offered to cover multiple geographies for salary increase (18% bump?) but no guarantee of long term security or resources to compete, or guarantee of new product added to bag (evanacumab)

    3) MS offered any of the above OR severance option. Severance at 5 month minimum plus Jan/Feb regular pay and accrued bonus payout = 7 month minimum pay, plus bonus payout thru Feb. Severance is paid lump sum.

    4) MS offered above severance but severance is eliminated if MS signs on with new company prior to full lump sum payout.

    Or, if you are offered, the severance is null and void, whether you accept position or not!
