    Anyone with half a brain knows the score here. There is and has always been a problem with certain higher ups & manager's behaving badly, not to mention regions. When you set a bad example and then hire based on who you'd like to party or sleep with or who you know you can manipulate into becoming you ass kiss, you end up running off decent mature & qualified hires No one wants to work with management with the mentality of juvenile delinquent 16 yr olds. No matter how great a product is and motivated your qualified stable hires are, if they have to work along side people who are beneath them in iq, social skills and business acumen, you can count on them leaving. Winners don't waste time putting up with losers. Not now, not ever.
