    Man i can’t believe how many reps and Managers are on plans, what the hell is wrong with this place? Let the managers do their jobs and let’s the reps do theirs and quit micromanaging every minute of every day. Sad that a lot of good people have left and will be leaving and that makes Josh Happy

    This company is now being run by a bunch of inept, incompetent people who have huge egos and very little skill. They will drive our stock back down to almost nothing again. Enjoy the ride, the short sellers will be coming out to play again.

    Senior leaders brag endlessly about their achievements at every meeting and on every call. Thirsty, lame attempt to convince us the reason we’ve had any success is because “they” took over. It’s Bausch and Lomb all over again. 3% growth here we come. Losers.

    No shit. Every conference call begins with a 15 minute recap about where we’ve been. Stop patting yourself on the back big fella. Our success has nothing to do with your bungling conference calls and broken business plans.

    JC will have 30% reduction in sales force by the end of the year and realignments will occur at same time. EGO continues to grow.

    30% reduction on top of all the turnover? That's a bold move right there.

    The coaching plan initiative has only demotivated people. They arent working any harder just lying more and now looking for another job. Leadership at this company has no idea how to psychologically motivate people. It's always fear and intimidation which is no way to treat your employees.

    The good ol’ PIP. Handed out by a person who has an over inflated image of self and role they play. The rep is punished for not exhibiting the skills that the egomaniac is looking for; skills that most docs care nothing about. So shouldn’t the Manager get a pip for not being able to discern what is important and what is not? Most managers do, they do not think. They are robots and therefore train their reps to be robots.

    Watch out. These are not PIPs but if you are on a “coaching plan” you won’t make the cut when the realignment comes this year. JC wants to cut the bottom 10-20% across the board. These are being put into place to use as a knock out when they select TMs for the new territories. Realignment is coming. If you are on a coaching plan you should be interviewing.

    ‘‘Tis the season! Funny how new coaching plans and PIPs always pop up right before the RDs go in for their meeting with Josh in NJ.

    So many territories below plan. More below than above. Our manager is putting reports together today for some meeting and has called and texted for details on a bunch of stuff. Looks like more of us will be on coaching plans or PIPs in a couple of weeks.

    Why bring on contract reps / Magnifica when they plan on cutting people? They should just cut them loose.

    JC likes to bully people. Nobody paid attention to his dumb ass when he was the awkward chubby kid. Now he can fuck with people because he is MM’s toadie. He will MAKE you respect him.
