Yes. They are handing them out. Management isn't pleased with the "slope of the line."

Glad you love your job, yes I know your mission, doubt you hit your quarter, thank you for the reminder, now back to the original question, can they put us on PIP plans being so new? I mean come on, what do they have to weigh against?

Weight against your kit shipped goal. Someone has to get the blame.

i think 6/8 in my district are below plan. No one on a PIP yet. I'm terrified because I have one good quarter then my quota goes up 100%!!

Time to bring in a great crop so your stock options don't mean crap.

Even upper management doesn't know what's going on here. If you aren't looking for a job, you are crazy.

these are a deliberate attempt to make you feel like you have the worth of a piece of toilet paper and to get you to leave the company. if you get a performance improvement plan, stop selling immediately and start on your personal improvement plan, which is getting the f_ out of this pit.

So now what? Reps on performance plans are required to bring in more orders than ever to stay employed during a time that the providers are most resilient? What a joke! PIP plans to hit a quota for a product with no rating? Lawsuit waiting to happen?
