30 days to be 100% to quota. Let's see how this turns out.

Sounds like fun. Is your AM on a PIP plan? Does it entail sending 500 texts to each rep, setting up 7 conference calls/week and 2 day ride-alongs every other week? Results driven.

What tasks/assignments are reps who are on PIP's given?

Must be pacing 100% to quota by date given, or immediate termination. Must send manager weekly routing and lunch schedule and additional conference call to review week. Must hit each and every aspect of plan or termination. Can't be last on team can't be bottom half of pace to quota for entire company. I don't get how it's even possible, ok we need you to get more kits shipped in a short time period than ever before, but we are taking away your USPSTF rating, switching to icd10, and getting sued, but keep up the good work.

That's what I heard too. Company has to reduce headcount for upcoming layoff severance packages.
