Your compensation will be one of the lowest in the industry no matter what the hiring manager says. You are looked at as a 3rd tier company. You will never break into the specialist market and will be scrapping for GP's with Implant Direct and BioHorizons. If you love to sale on price go for it, but there are a lot of implant companies coming on board everyday and will always offer a lower price. I would avoid dental. Very few opportunities to make a decent living. I would stay where you are at or find another job in your industry. Its not worth the QOL and the large geographic territory for the pay.

Expansion territory. No current business. Needs a true hunter who can build relationships from scratch. Unique opportunity with great long term potential but the right rep can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Do you want to go ahead and perform the interview in this forum Mr Hiring Manager. You know once you hire this person you have to look them in their eyes.

Interviewee ask why they do not hire current implant reps who already have implantologist relationships. They have to hire outsiders who do not know about the industry. Notice the original response was not refuted. Dental implants are a commodity now. Too many players in the market and its becoming price driven. Ask Straumann, Nobel, Zimmer reps how they are lowering their prices just to maintain business. If they are the name brand and adjust their price close to your price do you think a surgeon is going to risk their business using a cheap implant? #truth

MIS has hired ex-implant reps for expansion territories. And it isn't a cheap implant. Nice try with that "cheap" shot.

Are there any opportunities here? I would like to break into Implants but I cannot find anything about this company. Does MIS cover the entire US? I would move for the opportunity. Please only serious comments. Thank You.
