PNW Critical Care Opening

Hello -

Looking for some information regarding Edwards LS Critical Care division opening. I was just contacted by a recruiter, and it sounds like there are 2 positions open - one covering WA and N. Idaho - and one covering Oregon and S. Idaho.

I'm curious why both of these positions are open at the same time? What is the Manager for these territories like? I'm concerned that there are issues related to management...Edwards has a great reputation and moving to this company would be a good move, overall, provided there aren't major issues here.

I would really appreciate some honest feedback:
- what is this division like?
- what is the manager like?
- work/life balance?
- competitive threats

The recruiter was open with me that the territory isn't in the greatest shape.
