    This region, lead by none other than Staci B, is a joke. The level of micro managing being done is at a brand new level.

    She is an incompetent fool. Absolutely amazing she has this leadership position and that KW feels she is an asset. He is a fool as well and needs a razor.

    The reps in her region hate her. She snubs them when she sees them at meetings and they have no respect for her. Worst RD in the company.

    Staci is one of the best leaders the industry has ever seen. We should all be grateful that we have the opportunity to work for her and that she has the ability to makes us better. You need to challenge yourself and your customers..it's all about the challenger mentality. Her DM's are best in class as well. I mean...it doesn't get any better than BRK. Her ability to hire...then fire...then hire...then fire again is unparalleled and industry standard.

    BRK isn't the issue here. It's her RD. I've had 3 RD's with this company and she, by far, is the worst. She's a nice person. Not a great leader. Unfortunate.

    The overall problem is SB, she isn't a leader to anyone. Her region is the way it is because of her direction and lack of leadership ability. Upper management please get a clue before you have even more qualified people leave.

    Couldn't agree with you more! No voice, no vision, and uninspiring. The opposite of what you want in a leader. Pathetic really.

    SB has lost the will to lead. Someone needs to put her out of her misery. She's got nothing in the tank. Ever look at her? She's miserable.
