    Positives
We have jobs and get paid to go to such meetings
Las Vegas vs Chicago for obvious reasons
Free night for the last night vs. a dance club (huge, please never change this Novo). I got to go to a show I would never have paid for on my own
Let's Talk about Flex was a welcome change after all the other breakouts
    Social Responsibility event was cool
    It was Monday - Thursday

    Negatives
Our leadership are so boring to listen to it's difficult to not nod off when they're speaking
Overall the meeting felt like a meeting to have a meeting. The workshops were a joke and I felt like I was in Pharma kindergarten with the content
Our jobs were still threatened if we don't perform

    Overall Grade
    Solid B Novo

    Mostly agree.
I have well over a decade of experience and workshopping "CTQs" and 4Sing is juvenile.
They definitely need to keep the free night like they did - it was perfect.

I'll add one more negative - the share fair - dump it.

Also preferred Vegas over Chicago, especially considering the weather there this year. Would like more east coast meetings tho - at least alternate them.

    NNI US is A+
This POA and the content was C-
    Free night $250 was solid
99% of reps don’t pre call plan - are you kidding me

    H-Rep
    Positive: fighter pilots, really inspiring
Negative: listening to all white male leadership team’s constant sports analogies, not inspiring at all

many on my team thought the training department created a format for a contract sales force not a sales force that hires at NNI standards
If only 1% of sales force is pre call planning then you need to talk with management - that number is an insult and I promise could not be substantially proven by training department
My team was disappointed in the content of the meeting
No new ideas, insult the sales force with 101 pharma training

OCS here - the tone of the VP in opening and closing sessions was awful. There was a lot of filler. Thought the social responsibility was good but it was added to the calendar late and at the end of the day after many had booked events for the free night...had a lot of filler throughout the day and could have done the backpacks during that time...not one piece of the training touched on the CV label update.

The brag session from Central region was an absolute joke, too.

I hope the field is honest and open when they complete the poa survey
I agree with most of above
I left with nothing from the meeting

training needs to stop trying to coach to the lowest level
The training part of the meeting was redundant and insulting

    I thought it was great
    Nothing new
    5th grade curriculum
    Zero accountability

On the HS team...thought the training was refreshing. Barely any focus on products and things we already know. Big focus on working together in teams and being customer-focused. New for Novo.

The food for breakfast and lunch was pretty bad also. Snacks were ok, plenty of soda and water was nice.

Racist much? You have your "special" groups like AAINN, WINN, etc. Get over it!
