Company prepaid the hotel for the Co Ag launch. Decided to launch in March....so instead of losing the reservation they decided to bring us all in for two days of SOS.

I am recently new to CSL and wondering what is the culture like at these meetings?

I also learned after I joined that there has been a fair amount of turn over. What is the reasoning behind this? I am just trying to get my bearings straight for next week.

 

You made a mistake! Keep interviewing and leave! I was hired in the hospital sales division. 80 % of us are gone after 2-3 years. Low bonus and micromanage you to death and low bonus. IV Ig is a commodity sale

 

Are you a bright one? You ask on cafe pharma about attrition, but didn't read the threads before joining (or ask the manager etc). You are obviously the kind of employee CSL is looking for.
