When will management realize you can't push your representatives to hit unrealistic numbers forever. Like a Ponzi scheme it will eventual topple. Selling product to clinics who then are not able to sell all the product to their patients is a bad business model. Management doesn't want to do the right thing they just want to "look" good for that month or quarter or year.

This is what SKM has been doing for years. One thing has changed in the way they do business, they are getting worse. I do not see anything changing for the better in this hell hole. Word of advice is to get out while you can.

That's why there's high turnover. You can't do a short term sell forever. They need to think long term long term and biz development!

If SM would "roll back" cost of product, it would be easier to sell product to patients. Just an idea...instead of 1 free item with a 24 purchase, maybe offer 2 with 12 purchase. Offices offer discounts and have to compete with online websites so SM too can offer discounts / promos.
