The people who bought shares post bankruptcy in spite of warnings from the company and now trying to get money in the BK should be charged for all the expense they are costing dendreon and the government. Their actions appear to be somewhere between frivolous and criminal.
They could not be so stupid as to include anyone who bought shares for the express purpose of obtaining money through a bankruptcy. They probably screened anyone who did that and did not include them in the group. Why would they want to be under the scrutiny of potential wrongdoing?
