Not sure about this purchase either. It's close in location but different with product mix. The SSF geniuses has done nothing but leak money for the Roche mother ship...
I laughed so hard reading this! Portola is a sinking ship! Their first product was abandoned and the second product is doing terribly and the hospitals don't want it. Most of the reps have quit already, accepted contingent offers, or still looking. There is absolutely no value in Portola. Those that took jobs there realize it was the largest mistake of their careers. There will be no smart company that will be buying that cow of a company.
Portola has absolutely been the biggest mistake of my career! Super high pressured, terrible and incompetent sales leadership and sales expectations that aren’t in the realm of reality. I’ve never hated my job so much. Looking forward to the day of sale, it might rank up there with the birth of my children.
