There is so much opportunity to improve things, to do differently, think differently. In many ways J&J is finally making necessary changes to transform, serve our world, and compete. If we can stay committing and not second guess halfway thru this will be amazing
Don’t you get enough rah rah celebration at the Townhalls? If you only want to drink the J&J kool-aid, credo-mambo-jumbo, CafePharma is not the place to go. It is a place to get some transparently that you won’t get from leaders or inside the walls. Check out other companies forums. Same thing happens. We don’t need HR to do PR here.
Some people only whine buddy. That is how they live their life and then call everyone unfair and cruel. You can't do anything to change what they feel. Negativity is just inbuilt for them
This post is terrible! These kinds of posts will be our downfall and lead to layoffs and just plain misery. Ahhh. This sucks. I hate it!
