How do you build a "powerhouse" by choking the business into oblivion? The last thing on the minds of employees is being #1 when someone is holding a pillow over your face.
Most dysfunctional place I've ever worked. From the top down, management is back-biting, two-faced and clueless. They take focus off themselves by pointing fingers at someone else. There is no 'teamwork'. Dog-eat-dog. Leadership is non-existant. Without a doubt this is the worst place I have ever worked. Looking to get out, this place is a dead-end.
