Prague employee - what to expect with Branton

Looking for help on what R. Branton is like to work for. I'm in Prague and will be woking for him soon. any help would b great.

Just make sure you are not doing some redundant at the site. There will be a clean up surely with him at the helm to cut costs and show savings to upper leadership.

 

CTO at the helm. Definitely not an innovation center. Just a cost cutting endeavor.

You'll get empty words, a dead fish handshake and tears. Oh yeah, and a complete lack of empathy. Branton is the one who said some years back when the job market was shit: "Fuck these people. Where are they gonna go? We don't have to pay them what they're worth."
