what has happened to our once great company? this saddens me. Agree with OP-the sales tactics being implemented will only make things worse in our offices if we do them. Its almost like she doesnt get the environment we now work it. I use to love it here. The last 2 NSD's have been so poor. But they act so BOLD and full of themselves. With each passing day I realize they have no real idea what its like in the actual trenches.

Hahaha!!! Yes, the fascinating thing! At first, with the groups seeming acceptance of PW, I thought that maybe it was me needing an attitude adjustment. I heard a lot of rah rah. Then the night before we left I overheard a group talking about how removed she is from reality.

I saw a few buddies of mine and pulled them aside to see if I was seeing it wrong. I started feeling better when all I heard was "dude, are you kidding me?" This lady is going to kill us! Seems to be the general feeling as far as I could tell.

Whats with the role playing scenarios? And the wasteful panel discussions? The best one up there was the lawyer, who actually spoke some truth to us I thought. I didn't like what I heard regarding the need to win on all 5 counts, but at least it gave us some insight to the real issues going on.

I thought the entire meeting was a waste of time. I also think the culture will begin to turn a bit toxic under this leadership. I was stunned when I heard the directive to be clinically disruptive, among other things. I'd come up with some solutions, but I'm afraid I don't have any. It's just a difficult job right now. With nothing on the horizon to make it any easier-unless you live in California!
