Funny how Sanofi and Regeneron announce slashing the price of Praluent and we haven’t heard a word from the company. Not even some gossip on this site. It’s a little strange how eerily quiet it is here in the NEW Primary Care business unit...crickets everywhere!

Dream on Amgen troll. Your selling life is changing Apr 28th. You'll have your pants around your ankles on the 29th and they won't be coming up for the rest of 2019. You officially will be on a one way ticket to Bumfuckville. Good luck working with Charles Charles at William's and William's after Amgen shows you the door.

Sorry to tell you, Praluent is dead money walking. No hope what so ever. And I work for this company, so I know. We don’t know how to put an effective marketing strategy together. Deep down I think you know too. Just in denial.

praluent has always been dead. It makes absolutely no money for this company. Co-promote that splits profit, patent lawsuit. Kill the dog

Both products will never be huge sellers like once thought with current data

Just trying to keep it real. Doctors don’t perceive value in the pcsk9s, especially ours. Who wants injections for life when oral statins are cheap and easy to take?

The doctors have known the data for over a year and sales have not taken off Dope. Having it in the label will not make much of difference in sales maybe only in picking one non selling PCSK9 over the other. Get back to us in 12 months Dope.

No wonder your failing in your territory. Until indications change and then managed care I agree nothing will change. But we can't detail the trial yet numbnuts. I'm picturing your Charles Charles details now with your docs. GAS on ! Douchbag

Talk to me in 8 to 12 months to see if overall market for this class is growing or you are just stealing business from Repatha. Right now you are just a loud blowhard.

256 jobs from marketing and sales are getting cut in France, any ideas from which GBU. Will other countries face the same?

This was announced a couple of months ago and will be over a couple of years. Not a huge deal.

That’s really sad given the fact the PC force drives referrals into the cardiologist specialist. Volume of new rxs will suffer tremendously.

Here we go again. The Praluent PC rep that was cut 2 years ago for failing to impact. Stole a salary and bonus that was from the work of their specialty rep. On the outside looking in now. Referrals - that's a good one. You would actually have to work instead of going to the gym, shopping ,or playing with your kids. How are the lab kit sales route going. Had your fat ass husband gotten off the couch yet?

Excuse me, mister, but I worked very hard while in PC. And yes, I drove many referrals into the cardiologist and my specialty rep was very appreciative of my work. You must be sour because you had low ranking. That’s not my fault. Maybe you should have gotten out of bed a little earlier and worked a little harder. What a putz you are. Tootles.

You worked very hard in PC ?? So why are you on the outside looking in. If you were so valuable and referral driver than why were you shown the door? PC team was a joke . Amgen crushed you in PC. You had a better chance of running somebody down at a crosswalk if you thought they might be a PCSK9 patient potential. Sanofi totally fucked up in hiring these underachievers who delivered nothing to the bottom line. Watching them fumble around at meetings pretending they were responsible for all the scripts. Get your fat ass off the couch for starters. We know who you are BTW. You fool nobody with your referral jargin.
