So with our stock priced at $15 and dropping to the 52 week low the future is obvious. Layoffs are imminent, with no pipeline and sub par drugs being marketed. Simply put, we cannot sustain the current Sales Force in these conditions. Reality hurts and all of us know layoffs are coming.
IMO layoffs are probably but not imminent! Anyone wonder how the Pdufa date for CGRP got moved up? Teva somehow finds $ when they need it! Israel's biggest employee and the worlds largest generic manufacturer isn't just going to fold up shop anytime soon. Generic Copaxone competition isn't going to be immediately damaging due to manufacturing and/or potentcy concerns. Teva's CGRP will be the market leader (ask any Neuro familiar with the 4 CGRP molecules) plus Teva has a formidable CNS sales force. VMAT2 class has big patent window and potential for other indications. Word on the street Teva is shopping respiratory portfolio in US now. If there are any delays in CGRP before July then I would be worried.
You can't make a dollar so keep convincing yourself. TN bonus plan going backwards every month and will reach virtually no payouts by Dec. TR and TP were already at nothing and PR is going crazy because Oncology has been forced to give back 90% of their funds for bonus.
The next time they do not pay out a bonus I am done working. I will draw a check and while I look for my next job. Not one more day of work without a bonus.
