    Hello compliance violations!

Selling patient satisfaction? Selling low volume? Putting a sample kit in the waiting room? Recommending additional meds? Patient satisfaction survey you make up for each office?

    Jade, are you seeing this??

    Wow!

You really have everything figured out with your little list there. I'm sure the FDA would love to read all of the off label recommendations. Let's compromise a prep that's already contraindicated in certain patients because of it's extreme amount of magnesium and slap more magnesium on top of it. Or let's put an unbalanced PEG solution on top of it so it could dehydrate said patient population even more.

The truth is the prep is terrible. All you have to do is look at the pitiful market share to understand that. You insult the Braintree reps? Really? The same reps that you people are bribing to come work for you? The same reps that are kicking your ass in every territory in the country?

The funniest part is that PREPOPICK will be generic in a few short months and your poor excuse for a GI sales force will be out of jobs.

    Very simple
1- Managed Care - Prepopick coverage is the worst in the class. It's also the most expensive, not even close. $125 for that piece of shit, $80 for Movi and suprep.
2- Lowest Volume - Maybe on label but reps are forced to push more volume and adjuncts to make this thing even close to an effective prep. See original post.
3- Patient satisfaction - speculation. Clinical or patient surveys are not published. Only data is in Suprep vs prepopick study which has equal compliance rates.
4-Less call backs from patients- more speculation. Patients call back more because of cost, not taste or volume! SUPREP would not be dominating the market if patient satisfaction was so poor and call backs so rampant!
5- Samples - Not even close, Braintree provides more samples then you do.
6- Salix has given up on OsmoPrep and now MoviPrep is 10% of compensation - who cares? moviprep is a better prep at a cheaper cost.
7- Salix doesn't care, Valeant doesn't care, SAME thing :) - makes your joke of a market share look that much worse. You guys are the most desperate reps I have ever seen yet you will never hit the national market share of moviprep.
8- Braintree reps are idiots, sample drops by mail, customer service blows - Idiots that are kicking your assess across the board. Not one territory, region, or state has a higher prepopick market share then suprep. Sample drops by mail, yeah that's a selling point. Who cares? Braintree has been in GI for 30+ years. Customer service is the best in the market. Ask your accounts who provides more useful info, the taste/volume people or the ones getting them better preps and easier procedures.

At least Salix/Valeant has other real GI products. That makes it easier for them to have some pride in their job.

The rest of you guys are such losers. You do realize you are selling a BOWEL PREP, right? Nothing else but a bowel prep. Dear Braintree- your just as pathetic because your entire company...bowel preps. What a joke!
