LOL, NO!!! After almost 3 days CS is now manually processing orders then emailing warehouses to have ALL products pulled and shipped by hand. The explanation from management is bogus. The 'how to answer customers questions' is a joke. My guess is that the SAP servers were either hacked OR someone in IT knew they were getting RIF'd and crashed the system GLOBALLY!!! Back ups and all!!! Omar will have to disclose the massive cluster this to wall street soon. It's BIG!!!!
It should be under control now after both the PRESIDENT of SAP and IBM were in Minneapolis 2 days last week!!! We had to be hacked!!!
