What are the pros/cons of home-based project managers at ICON? Are there any 'red flags' to consider if choosing between this company and a sponsor company?
I see this is an older post on this site, but I have this same question. Can PMs at ICON be based anywhere working from home, or must they be close by to an ICON office? Are the homebased PMs considered 2nd rate within the company vs. the office-based PMs (eg. do they get passed over for promotions)?
