    Obviously you are some troll from a competitor trying to scare people away. I met with the management team and they absolutely DO know what they are doing. Their combined experience in the industry and particularly in Derm is impressive in itself. If you did meet with them, maybe you just were not the high caliber of individual they were looking for. They told me they were being very selective in finding people that would fit in with the kind of culture they were trying to create. I for one am sincerely hoping that I here back from them with an offer. I'll jump on it because this company is definitely going places. And by the way, I know several other folks from my former company that have interviewed with them as well and all had similar things to say without exception!

    I for one can say the management team is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Every single person I have talked to that has interviewed with them would say the same. So if you think otherwise either you are scared competition or a jealous rep with not enough skill or talent to be taken on by this company. Mark my words, five years from now this company will be in the top 3 in Derm!

    I am the person who posted above you and no I am not management. I am someone who interviewed with the team and was extremely impressed. I have had several interviews with other companies, as I was laid off several months ago. This company has it more together than other companies who have been around for years. I'm just trying to share my feedback and input to those who are interesting in this company. Those who have negative things to say clearly didn't even make it to the interview process and they are obviously bitter. I don't blame them, this does seem like a wonderful opportunity!

    Does anyone know when the training is and for how long. Are they doing just one face-to-face. And when are they going to make offers? Any info would be appreciated.

    Don't know about training but as far as interviewing I think it depends on what part of the country you live in. Some are further along than others and I think some people have already been hired.

    They have a person assigned to monitor CP thus the "phenominal", "Act together", etc... accolades. They are no different than any other start up looking to get their 100,000 stock options and then sell off. Same old same old greed driven. The initial products are crap....when they show up in the sample closets you'll see this post is dead on.

    Has anyone been hired yet and is there a start date. How many representatives are they hiring? If anyone is hired what kind of money did they get.

    June 15th has come and gone... Anyone out there get an offer? What was the reality of said offer if that is the case. I'm in derm and would just like to guage where my company falls on the salary front. I have the feeling it is not the greatest.

    There have already been several offers made and interviews are still in the late process in some areas. Salaries have depended on experience but from what I'm hearing they have all been very competative in relation to other derm companies. I believe the official startup date for the company is sometime in August.

    how do you accept a position without knowing if your docs will write the products

    Those who have been made offers know about the products. I think they're keeping it at that for now. If you don't know anything about the products then you probably are not going to be hired.

    We know the disease states with there drugs, but does anyone know the actually class or non- class of drugs for there products?
