Yes! most promotions are in IT. we promote all the SLT ass kissers and the same people all day long. people who have no experience and who screw up projects will be promoted to VP level in IT
Agree, There are lots of people in IT who cant write an email properly without grammatical msitakes and yet they hold a title "Senior manager, Associate Director, Director" and so on, many got those titles simply by being "yes man" and badmouthing others
