Promoting low preforming and poor behavior employees

    And, she drops the FBomb on linked in while she expresses her opinions about swearing. Public forum :). Totally makes me laugh at the great job she is doing representing Avanir. And the "leadership" is whistling past the graveyard on that

    She has HR's groceries in a vice over that one. They won't touch her now that she is public with her "authentic voice." The lawyer she has for her book rights will gladly circle the wagons to defend her against any negative actions taken her related to her business endeavors and right to free speech which really have nothing to do with her employment. Or so the argument will go...

    Ahh. CR in NC. She’s a piece of work. Had the “pleasure” to watch her shenanigans at another organization.

    HR and ELT only keep bottom feeders and award bottom feeders. They even created a new award for Kelly in HR just because. HR team members are pissed. They don’t like Kelly P and Tracy at all. No one does. These two demoted employees with HR, terrorize employees, gossip a LOT, high turnover rate, etc yet you give award to HR!!??

    Just say the word HR to any employee that dealt with HR and you will simply get eye rolling. Enough said.

    The award is useless. It’s who is the snitch for ELT. They like gossips as well. HR is not any different. It’s the company culture. If they give it to you, hide it. It’s outing you. It means you spend more time playing politics than doing actual real word because you are insecure about your ability. Look at all the people who got it. Am I wrong?

    HG is a COMPLETE WUSS! Catherine and everyone in that region can run circles around him!!! He will NEVER help anyone get promoted to anything new less THEY go around him and SELL THEMSELVES somehow!

    But back to Catherine... SCREW HER BOOK!!! Omg! She is ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT SHE APPEARS! People! WISE UP!!!

    specialty manager JB is one of the worst managers, she gossips constantly to other mangers about directors and VP team. It's so annoying to always hear this kind of complaining when there is so much to be done! It does not help! Especially since her ideas do not illustrate a strong understanding of this market..
