This "incompetent" leadership sold a company and ensured that their employees had jobs. The previous 'leadership" never made a profit, cut employee salaries but theirs, and managed to stuff their pockets at everyone's expense.

Crooks who lied in legal documents, who inflated invoices and tried to extort money by anonymously spreading malicious rumors and releasing confidential information to competitors.

I guess you can say your campaign failed, you ended up with nothing!!!

Mary beth pitched MSC all over. Word got out abt her. No takers for years. No surprise.

BOD & invstrs led sale xtaction & closure. They cut their losses. MSC wasnt net profitable until there were hardly any staff.

Customers all left. Virtually no new 2017 rev$. Most rev$ frm exist agrmnts cust weren’t renewing. HPI tanked, abt 50K 2017 rev$.

No jobs created or added under them. MSC lost jobs. Ovr 80 to <10 then doors shut.

Staff tell truth >they can lie. We have emails of them rqsting staff falsify board updates, shady bus practices,partner fiascos,+more. Redy to go where they land when they start to lie, again.
