Two of the pipeline programs, including PTC518 for Huntington, are on clinical hold and the company did not mention publicly. I tried complaining internally, but they don't care.

What should I do?

the fraud continues. The company continues to mislead everyone.

 

First call a lawyer. They would be able to help you to talk to the SEC.

 

What are the lies? Their press releases are so vague

 

many areas - clinical hold in the USA to a maximum dose of 5mg for PTC518 due to severe toxicity in animals, e.g. irreversible nerve damage in monkeys, and genotoxicity. Trial is stopped in the US without any plans or potential to start again
- undisclosed clinical hold with aadc in the US earlier this year
- clear issues with the ataluren FDA discussions, not what we said in the press release, much more clear
basically many programs without a future in the US.
