Q2 revenues - any thoughts?

Are we staying flat or any chance for growth?

 

Flat to declining. We can only hope the off label promotion in CTCL will fuel a little growth. There is no ptcl growth.

 

That is great! Let's tell the competitors and the FDA how we are growing business with off label promotion! The company is hoping we do this to ensure we keep our job. This is quite a company that let you do this. Let hOpe no one calls the FDA can turn us in, since we are only label for PTCL and not CTCL.

If we can sell it for toe nail fungus, schick and berns would do it and then take the credit for this great idea! Everyone knows we are desparate to post numbers that look like we are growing but those of us left realize that we will take the business anywhere we can.

 

In the same note, S and B will through us under the bus the first change they have or when things go wrong. We go the extra miles to hit # not thinking about regulations and comPliance, but are necks are on the lines.

 

lets not forget that the sales plan is Paul Berns and Mikes plan. They designed it and we executed it. It doesnt matter if shick will lie through his teeth on a conference call and tell the world that we have not visited 70% of our targets-he knows its a lie and so does Berns. Berns is a primary care guy way over his head. Schick had the good fortune of working for Amgen. Lets not think for a second that Schick ever had any real responsibility for erbitux or neulasta. I could see Schick calling Martha Stewart to tell her to sell Erbitux illegally but anything beyond that is too difficult.

 

And what has Gary Allen done to warrant him still being here? Not sure I understand his magic that keeps him at a Senior Management level? Schick at least busts his ass to try and make it happen.

It doesn't matter who does what, mike, Paul, or shit head. All they do is blow hot air and rain fertilizer on our backs and think we will lick it up for a good meal.

Sales of Folotyn are known immediately, by next day. The drug is shipped directly to the purchaser by Allos. Sales for 2nd quarter are known already. Not a good sign that a webcast is not being announce for those results if they were any good.

 

The secrecy of this company is pathetic. Of course Berns and Company knows the sales data. Its shit. The fact the board cannot see through this charade is telling.

 

Paul wants to keep the bad news hidden to keep his job another day or two. He just loves going to NJ to spend company money. Why does he need two offices for doing nothing? He should hide in the hold.

 

Just looking at current & prior posts. Does the CEO not live in New Jersey? CEO's wear their jobs like their suit. If your CEO lives and works from home, someone has to consider that he isn't as committed as you might believe.

Second, these posts about your board are wishful thinking. The board is not independent. They were picked by those who funded and run the company. They certainly have shown no evidence of being active in any way, so they either are content to take their quarterly checks and hang out at the club, or understand that the company missed its window of opportunity for being sold, by having a poorly planned and executed clinical plan, followed by a poorly planned and executed sales launch plan.

This now leaves Allos 1yr + post launch with a truly "orphaned" drug, without momentum, bleeding sales reps and internal staff, and facing strong competition from companies with strong sales and executive management plus a drug with data. It is most plausible that the board sees the company similar to a person riding their jackass further into the desert without supplies. They recognize the fate has already been determined and are content to take their loses and watch the company die a slow painful death.

Wouldn't this make a great segment of the TV show Undercover Boss. Can you imagine your CEO or this Alan guy going disguised and undercover, working with others in the company. You probably have a couple of managers that are still drinking the kool aide (not very bright), but the rest would be really entertaining. Especially the last segment where the CEO gets together with internal staff to make corrections and then meets with those he worked with in disguise. I am sure, from the posts here, he would fire them all. Just too arrogant to listen, apparently, not realizing that others at "lessor" jobs could be as bright or brighter than he, but have elected to take a different career path for another reason such as taking care of their family. You hire great people, then ignore them. This is what it gets you. A jackass riding a jackass into oblivion.
