Correct -Randy has completely destroyed sales here. He doesn’t understand sales, only understands reports, salesforce , activities -all administrative BS.

 

Randy is a good guy, my issue is that he has been with Oly for a very long time and only knows one way. What fresh ideas/what growth can he bring to the table? We should have gone out and searched for a forward thinking leader.

Michael Muscara is a useless and lazy turdmonger who runs around doing IDN Excel Spreadsheets for $275,000 per year. What kind of company pays a useless turd to sit at home in his pajamas for most of the calendar year?
This is the reason that we never get on contracts or increase market share.

I really don’t understand why they don’t just clean friggin house at Olympus. All managers are fired! How could things be any worse than they are now. Worst job in medical device!

Ed Chadwick is the biggest waste of an AVP in medical Device history.
The guy does nothing of any tangible value, and makes $325,000 a year. This is ludicrous! Fire the sunavabitch tomorrow morning.
