I've worked with FDA regulated companies for over 30 years now and these people @ 3365 Treecourt are taking things way too far. Randy D and Charles B need to take a page from the "doctor's" play book and get back to basics. You 2 are completely paralyzing the purpose of the organization. The good doctor and Timo are more in tune with the concepts of patient safety, responding to audits, and revenue than you are. Take a step back, stop being so polarizing, and let's get the work done. If you spent as much time doing the work as you do complaining about doing the work, this would all be done and over with by now. Park your butts in your chairs in front of your monitors and crank out what needs to be cranked out and quit your damned bitching. We have angry customers that need to be satisfied and every day that slips by that we don't, our Bausch name continues to get tarnished while you conduct your power play.

This is old news. St. Louis has been this way for years. And don't give the good doctor or Timo any pats on the back. They've both been around long enough to have fixed this by now.
So have things improved with the Tepen / Goldstein Gestapo now at the helm? Has anyone figured out yet McBride is 9 foot tall waste of skin and space? He and his good old boys club are accountable to no one. Heck, this is how Sant got fired. How has McBride not been subjected to the same fate? And, that short little fuzzy headed dude they have running Quality now *** does he even understand the language well enough to do that job? Don't get me wrong, not that he's any worse than Randy but maybe not better either. Timo and Thurman, you two need to get you head out of the clouds (or some other place) and address some fundamentals.
