I thought less levels of mgmt were in the works, but after reading the email announcement today, it sounds like more levels are being added. So much for saving $$. Let's kill off the sales force and create higher paying positions for those who do nothing.

There will still be a big net loss of managers. The problem Quest has is the window of time to realize this strategy.

Saw floridas directors.....all quest except one. Looks like the specialty divisions have very little representation across all levels and throughout the country. Apparently it was good to be Quest!
