    Morale is falling. Gonna do anything about that any time soon or just keep being idiots?

    They probably don't visit here, but anytime soon, some moron is going to mind your place as the leaders know better.

    Clearly they don't, but Quest is a cash cow that takes a lot to screw up.

    The bigger questions here are what has he accomplished and why is he still employed?

    Same accomplishments and skill set of JB in Long Island, another fine leader.

    The problem is they have terrible sale directors like Joe B who has single handily brought down the NY Metro market in a matter of a few years. Why he hasn't been fired for his terrible numbers and other more obvious ethical issues makes no sense to every remaining rep who hasn't resigned yet. It's time EC you cut out the cancer that has been plaguing TBR and bring back real sales leaders

    Get smart people. No one in TBR is your friend. Every person for themselves. Record and document the unethical , compliance and Sexual/racial harassment violations. Seek a lawyer with your proof and blow the lid off this place. Only way quest will replace these fools is when the media is in their face. These management clowns have done this long enough and put fear in the workers to back them or lose your job.

    There is no loyalty to anyone but your family. No one here is your family!!

    May advice is make the bosses work for their positions. Document, Document Document all the dates ,times of their failures. Many lawyers out their that would love to air the dirty laundry and profit from it.

    Expose the no show directors/managers, work from home managers, field supervisors, etc

    Expose the doctored up metrics and savings. You are the workers and know what is really being done.

    Most of what you refer to Will not make the wall street journal or lead the 6pm news. It is just poor leadership and bad management

    It is a real shame as to how things have gone downhill over last five years or so. It was once a company that valued it's patients and clients. Also while not perfect, it was at one time a good place to work with good leadership.

    The fact that JB remains employed says it all over the current state of affairs here.

    GO is probably trying to see if he can put GPS ankle braces on all his reps to make sure all reps are compliant with their times in the field. Reps will be leaving in droves
