Quest merger in Q1/2016?

Thoughts are that the idea you'd call it a merger is a joke. That's a straight up acquisition and if it happens you could say goodbye to everyone who works here

Just curious, how did the merger go? Oh wait, there was not one. So much for all of you in the know.

 

It will happen in 2017. Quest will need us to be able to compete with Labcorp.

 

Right now is a great time to buy NTRA. Won't get much lower than current prices.

 

We currently accession more units in NIPT than LCA and SEQN combined....there is no way we sell to anyone. We have more in the pipeline with our constellation software and liquid biopsy to just simply merge with Quest. It will never happen. Especially considering, unlike Seqn, who were shutting down facilities throughout 2015/16 across country, we just opened a brand new 2nd corporate site in Austin, TX. You guys are funny...

 

Didnt Quest dump you already because of inferior technolgy? But now they cant live without your products.
