Is this Hill-Rom's equivalent of a District Manager position? Seems like an inflated title if that is the case, and lot's of openings on the web site. What gives? Thanks
It used to be a wonderful position, but poor leadership at all levels has turned this role into a mindless, thankless position.
I am currently an AVP and I agree with the last post. I'm looking and will be out of this place as soon as I can find a decent opportunity
Truthfully I don't know anyone who isn't looking outside of the company. The company has crashed and burned. Run like @ell if you can and do not walk!
You consider yourself an AVP? That is a leadership position and obviously you are not. You are complaining about the company but Look at what kind of example are you setting!
